These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Merchant. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes.
Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
1. CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT POLICIES
Any cancellation, amendment or reducing number of pax will be treated as late cancellation and will be charged according to the following rates. However, the increasing amendment on number of pax will be determined based on the actual situation.

2. DEPOSITION AND PAYMENT POLICIES.

3. CHILDREN POLICY
a) Free of Charge for children: from 1 to 4 years old, traveling with parents
b) Children from 5 to11 years old but sleep with 2 adults in the same bed will be charged at 100 USD / child / night, only 01 child per cabin.
4. TOUR GUIDE
When party B have tour guide on board, party A may offer a special rate at 70 USD/ tour guide/ night, based on sharing with guides from other groups. Reservation for tour guide must be sent and confirmed before arriving date.
5. PEAK SEASON SURCHARGES

6. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FROM/TO HANOI:
Transportation Rate: 20$/ pax / 2 turns: Pick up and return guests at Hotels in the Old Quarter District or Hanoi Opera House.
